About the Program

Providers face an uncertain future as they cope with declining reimbursements and increasing pressure to provide better care more efficiently.  As reimbursement practices shift from volume-based to value-based payments, pay-for-performance models, and more risk sharing, hospitals and physicians must work together to achieve critical success factors related to clinical quality, efficiency, and improved patient outcomes.  The compact between hospitals and physicians is changing rapidly and dramatically.  This program will discuss the pressures affecting hospitals and physicians, the changing nature of hospital physician relationships, trends in physician compensation and performance incentives, and the regulatory issues affecting physician compensation programs.

The January luncheon also will feature a special complimentary luncheon underwritten by CBIZ Healthcare Valuation.
